Use MetPads to relieve pressure by placing behind or around (not directly on top of) areas of discomfort. Cut pad to protect sensitive areas caused by sesamoid (1), metatarsal sore spots (2) or neuroma (3). Peel off layers of pads to reduce bulk
These medical grade 1/4” adhesive felt pads may be placed on the foot, on top or bottom of the insole or sock-liner of the shoes. For maximum durability, when possible, we recommend use of MetPads on the bottom of the removable sock-liner. When there is minimal room for inside a shoe the pads may be placed directly on the foot.
For temporary relief only. METPADS are not designed to treat or solve any foot problems that require the proper attention of a doctor. They are not a substitute for medical care. Do not apply to skin if you are allergic to adhesives.
