WARRANTY / Return Policy:
We strive to provide customers with high quality, durable products offering COMFORT for your feet. They may relieve foot conditions such as plantar fasciitis, flat feet, or the heel spur syndrome. All FootSprings are made in the U.S.A.
The company warrants your FootSprings(tm) to be free from defects in materials or manufacturing for 30 days from the date of purchase. Return the FootSprings with proof of purchase and written explanation of the defect, and we will replace the product. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
100% credit will be given for the return of unopened packages. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Worn FootSprings, any other products, or opened packages cannot be returned due to health reasons.
Other Conditions:
At ages 10 through 15 many youngsters can wear the adult FootSpring sizes. Children have growing feet. So we cannot fill internet orders for the FootSpring for children. Please see your podiatrist for proper evaluation and treatment.
This warranty does not cover a defect that has resulted from improper use, accident, or unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification as determined solely by the Company.
